Planet X

The name Planet X originates from 1894 and was bestowed on the sensed, but not yet located planet beyond Uranus that we know today as Pluto. The Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff, AZ first sighted Planet X Pluto in 1915. Due to founder Percival Lowell’s death in 1916 and his observatory staff not recognizing the faint images of Pluto for what they were, the discovery of the 9th planet being made official did not take place until 1929 when the task of finding the missing planet was reassigned to a Lowell Observatory newcomer, Clyde Tombaugh. Pluto was again sighted and named in 1930.

In 1951, a sci-fi movie, ‘The Man from Planet X’, was released about a science professor who begins monitoring a mysterious planet that has entered the solar system and is passing close to Earth. A strange little man from this crossing planet lands his spaceship on the island the scientist is conducting his study from. The little alien from the passing mystery planet came for help because his planet way in distress and the evil scientist tries to exploit his advanced intelligence. The result of this selfish behavior is that the alien turns against the Earthlings and transforms them into zombies using mind control enslavement before jetting back off into outer space.

Due to Pluto’s faint appearance and the fact that it did not have a resolvable disc, skeptics questioned that 9th planet really had been found. As the 20th century progressed, the true size of Pluto became measurable with the location of Charon, its moon. Realizing that such a small heavenly body could not account for Le Verrier’s late 19th century predictions that a large unseen planet was responsible for the strange behavior of Uranus, the search for Planet X resumed. A 1992 study of Voyager 2 data gathered from a Neptune flyby in 1989, was used to calculate new figures and science claims that the ‘need for Planet X no longer exists’. For this reason, most scientists conclude today Percival Lowell’s ‘Planet X’ was nothing more than a coincidence. Now Pluto has even been robbed of its status as a planet, being officially degraded to the classification of “brown dwarf”.

The world is not yet ready to release Pluto’s acceptance as the 9th planet in our solar system, nor do they accept the scientific consensus that Planet X is a mythical fallacy. Some say that the search for this massive planet is now being conducted under the name of Nemisis, a large hidden object sensed behind the comets in the Oort Cloud near Orion. Nemisis is perceived to be a red star or a brown dwarf of colossal dimensions. Nibiru is said to have a red glow, and the Hopi legends for the end of this world of man tell of the red star that will appear in the heavens prior to our movement from the current age to the next world. Perhaps Planet X is not a mythical fallacy, but an error in common assumptions; an extreme possibility as science doesn’t know all and has a history of changing their conceptions as knowledge unfolds.

Planet X or Nibiru, what ever you elect to refer to the missing and expected to return heavenly body, is connected to the end of the Mayan calendar in 2012 for several reasons. Nostradamus’ prediction that a great comet will strike the Earth causing disaster on the scale of a global cataclysm, as do the angels in the Book of Revelation … where a comet will destroy 1/3 of the Earth, followed by a mountain crashing out of the sky to wipe out another 1/3 of our planet. These references to comets and obvious massive near space objects the size of a mountain are easily connected to the Stitchin theory of Nibiru’s return on December 21, 2012 at 11:11 AM universal time. 2012 will also be the worst solar max in 50 years, perhaps in the history of Earth according to NASA. Coupled with the different rare galactic alignments also coming on Winter Solstice 2012, we see the impetus coming together of many ancient culture’s legends and prophecies that form the phenomenal 2012 Doomsday message.
